Technical Compliance: Full Certificate of Insurance (COI) verified for the Expo Convention Center, high-end equipment redundancy, and dual-axis stabilization setups.
Phase 1: Pre-Event Setup & Environment (08:30 AM – 10:00 AM)
Goal: Capture pristine, clean, uninterrupted environmental and product beauty shots before the crowds arrive. This establishes the "Miami Vibes" and "Brand Power."
Crew Action: Arrive on-site, calibrate gimbals, set up audio for the interviews later, format cards, and sync camera times.
Key Shots to Capture:
Miami Atmosphere: Outdoor location shots, palm trees, blue sky, sunshine, street/waterfront scenery, and lifestyle details of people arriving.
Event Exterior: Official TikTok Shop event identity, venue entrance layout, queue areas, and branded exterior walls.
Empty Venue Layout: Clean, wide shots of the venue and activation footprint before the doors open.
Full Booth Wide Shot: Crisp angles of the entire KUCI booth (front, side, diagonal) featuring the flower walls, counters, posters, shelf displays, and logo.
Product Presentation: Micro close-ups of product rows, textures, packaging details, and neatly arranged flyers or QR codes.
Phase 2: Doors Open & Initial Momentum (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Goal: Transition from clean product spaces to high foot traffic. Establish the growing popularity, buzz, and initial creator curiosity.
Crew Action: Document organic crowd movement around the booth. Be ready to quick-switch your camera to photo mode as creators start interacting with the brand team.
Key Shots to Capture:
The Rush / Guest Arrival: Wide shots of people gathering, checking in at registration, waiting, chatting, and entering the venue. Keep framing tight to emphasize a "packed" look.
First Contact: Creators walking up to the KUCI booth, showing initial reactions of curiosity, pointing, and smiling.
Atmosphere & Early Buzz: General energy, laughter, early conversations, and creators looking over the product line, testing textures on their hands, and asking questions.
Phase 3: Peak Creator Engagement & Activations (12:00 PM – 02:30 PM)
Goal: High-energy social content generation. Capture active "phone-in-hand" filming and the main interactive game moments.
Key Shots to Capture:
Creators in Action: Influencers holding products up to their phones, taking selfies, and filming aesthetic TikToks/Reels at the booth.
Digital Integration: Close-ups of hands holding phones and scanning the booth QR codes.
Interactive Mini Games: Close-ups of hands participating, selecting products, or spinning prize wheels.
Candid Game Reactions: Participants laughing, answering prompts, choosing prizes, and the brand team guiding the mini-game.
Phase 4: Peak Crowd & Diversity Interviews (02:30 PM – 04:30 PM)
Goal: Heavy crowd density visuals, formal group photos, and dedicated beauty diversity interviews.
Crew Action: Move into standard Movie Mode (24fps) with a locked shutter speed (1/50) and set up in a well-lit, slightly controlled corner of the booth. Prioritize clean audio for interviews.
Key Shots to Capture:
Peak Crowd Moments: Wide and medium angles showing a heavily crowded booth, layers of people around the displays, and creators waiting to interact.
Group Photos: Structured, posed photos of creators, brand team members, and VIP guests posing together tightly in front of the logo/flower wall while holding products.
On-Camera "POP STYLE" Interviews: Short soundbites of different consumers/creators sharing quick reactions, product curiosity, or first impressions of KUCI.
Beauty Diversity Focus: Deliberately highlight a wide, beautiful range of people with different looks, ages, skin tones, personal styles, and aesthetics engaging with the product to match the core message: "Designed for Every Chapter of Woman."
Phase 5: Hero Summary & Event Wrap-Up (04:30 PM – 05:30 PM)
Goal: Snag fast-paced, high-emotion insert shots to anchor your fast-cut highlight reel and wrap up the day's narrative.
Crew Action: Scan the room for quick, punchy B-roll before packing down gear for the day.
Key Shots to Capture:
Hero Montage Elements: Fast-cutting b-roll like sudden smiles, products being lifted, tight logo angles, clapping hands, phone screens illuminating, and bright closing expressions.
Closing Team Outro: The KUCI on-site team is celebrating a successful launch day together.
Strike & Media Backup (05:30 PM): Pack down gear and immediately execute an offsite dump and double-backup of all media cards.
